10kms in the park
10km |Easy
I woke up this morning feeling totally crap. I hauled myself out of the sack at 6.00am and hit the road up to Queens Park.
All up I did 4 x 2.5km laps of the outside fence run. My foot was fine but my calves were cramping again pretty bad. I stretched before, during and after and gave the lower legs a 10 min drench with the hose afterwards as well.
Other than that - pretty happy !
