Hi Gronk..I hope the post world cup beverage(s) was /were even better than the the pre... However be warned that alcohol increases inflamation!!!! I am glad that the sand running is not increasing your pain. If you are unable to maintain load on the road then keep up on the sand. regards from a very sedentary Noosa
