Shin spin.

Week 3 of 13 I did 40:00 on the static bike last night. 10:00 warmup, 30:00 intervals, 10:00 warmdown. My shins are good. No, actually they are 100%. Today I don't have shin splints. Go figure. Why ? I give up. So apart from a little sniffle, I am ready to go for a jog at Striders in the morning. ==================== FAT FRIDAY ! Loved the photo Gronk!

Sometimes there is never a seemingly logical reason why we recover so quickly but hey, its good whenit happens! Good luck for tomorrow.

Good job with the weight Gronk - I'm about to give up my personal battle with the waist line and concentrate on feeding the beast ready for next weekend.

Enjoy the Striders bash ;-)

Good luck in the 10k on Saturday Gronk. Looks like you'll soon be under the 80kg barrier.

By "intervals at 10k race pace", I mean the same pace as what I can currently do a 10k race in... about 45 minutes is an educated guess.

My idea is to build up to 4x2k at 'a bit' over 10k goal pace (maybe 42 minutes), then shorten the recoveries.
