Ran the Centennial Park outside fence run plus a bit more to make up the 8kms required by my program.
Mostly grass dirt but with a few footpaths. Calves hurt for most of the way. I stretched and applied ice once I got home.
I'm hoping that this problem clears up by next week otherwise I'll need to visit the physio. :(
